Gujarat Chief Minister Anandiben Patel inaugurated this museum in 2015 dedicated to the late Morarji Desai, which was also recognised as the first Digital Multimedia Museum for an Indian Prime Minister. The museum is built as a tribute to freedom fighter Shree Morarji Desai where visitors can glance through his life journey. The museum has been set up by the Valsad municipal council and has memorabilia on Shree Morarji Desai, including his photographs, and also an audio-visual facility. Different technologies have been used to enhance the feel of the museum, like Holographic Screen Projection, Gesture-based Interactive Wall, 3D Video Mapping Projection, Augmented Reality Show, and Animated Diorama.
